Abstract


Since the 1980s , China's rural grass-roots self-government has gone through more than twenty years during the transformation of China's economic and political system macro backdrop, rural grassroots self-government trend of the times , constantly breakthroughs and innovation , the emergence of a variety of new models and new practices . These patterns of rural grassroots self-government has injected new vitality to explore the development of the new thinking , but also raised new questions. This paper aims to study these patterns for the rural grass-roots self-government model of innovation to provide some new ideas. Paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is an introduction, mainly on the background and significance of this study , the content and methods of research , research and commentary as well as the status of the innovation and the article may need to study the issue further . Chapter II describes the rural grass-roots model of autonomy related to the general theory , including the Western capitalist countries and the social doctrine of the autonomy theory of state autonomy theory . Chapter 3 describes the rural grassroots autonomous mode of practice, including the course of the development of rural grassroots self-government and the typical case , specifically including the \The fourth chapter is on China's rural grass-roots self-government model of the problem analysis, including the proposed autonomous model of rural grassroots practice problems , and analyze the causes of the problem . Visible , as long as we rationalize the relationship between the two , a reasonable institutional arrangements, and improve the legal system in order to provide adequate institutional supply , rural grassroots self-government will be moving in the right direction of the stable and healthy development .
