Abstract


In this paper, Yang Xianyi , Gladys translation Scholars (The Scholars) as a reference , the use of functional equivalence theory of passive sentences marked Scholars , passive sentences Chinese to English over the years translation Studies major qualitative research , and few quantitative analysis from a macro perspective .
