Translator’s Subjectivity and the Translation of Classical Chinese Poetry from the Perspective of Philosophical Hermeneutics

Abstract


Chinese classical poetry occupies a very important position in the history of Chinese literature and even the history of world literature, refined language and vivid meaning edge, bring the reader to enjoy the beauty, the poetry is considered an art in recent years, with the Xu Yuanchong, etc. Masters of the translation have been published, the most typical word for foreign language translations. But the word as a concentrated essence of art, often in the process of translation brings huge challenges translator. With the cultural turn in translation studies, translator subjectivity status gradually manifest. The emergence of modern hermeneutics theory provides a new perspective for Translation Studies translator subjectivity.
