Abstract


The response is an important feature of the contemporary government. Responded positively to the needs of the people, for the people to provide satisfactory quality of service are the basic requirements of the contemporary government. Experience of Western countries, responsive government is realistic demands and the inevitable trend of the development of society as a whole. Responsive Government is concerned about the masses of the people on the value of public goods preferences, and many other issues of great importance as reflected by the masses, and is targeted to be responsible for the solution to. Since the reform and opening up, along with the maturing of China's socialist market economy, China's public administration from the previous rule of administrative, management, administration and gradually transition to service administration, the government as the exercise of public power in society, but also from high above rulers, management the identity of the transition to the role of the real social public servants, a certain degree of response of all levels of government awareness and response capabilities have been enhanced. In fact, however, in the face of demand and the significant issues raised in public diversification in transforming society, the response capacity of all levels of government in China is still lack of government response to the needs of the people is not so satisfactory. In recent years, over the sudden public events occur frequently, many officials consequent falling by the wayside, with the government and its officials not promptly and effectively respond to the demands of the public have a great relationship. How to improve the government's capacity to respond to public demands and the Government's response to the positive interaction has become an urgent problem in the current Chinese government building. To public demands and the Government's response to the theory-based perspective of both interactive mechanism build public demands relationship with the Government's response to the current study is to promote the formation of our good relations with the state and society and our government the transformation provides reference. Paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter of the problem, the research background, research methods and literature review; Chapter II, the public demands and the Government's response to the overview of the theory. Summary and analysis of the basic meaning of both, the theoretical foundation and logic associated, and discussed on the basis of the impact factor of both interactive, the public demands and the government response to the positive interaction mechanisms to build and improve the conditions should have; Third chapter, the analysis of the response to the realities of contemporary China's public appeal government. The purpose of this chapter is to through the demands on our public and the government to respond to the development of relations between the analysis of the situation, to explore the public demands and the government to respond to the underlying causes of the interactive status quo; Chapter IV, the demands of the Western public and the Government's response to the institution building and political practice learn from the advanced experience of the Western based on analysis refined our experience and enlightenment; Chapter for contemporary China's public demands the government to respond to the interaction problems and the reasons put forward to build and perfect the mechanism of interaction of the basic path.
