Abstract


Since only the rule of law have equal opportunities for citizens , a society governed by the rule of law to protect citizens' rights and the regulatory powers of the state for the purpose of civil disobedience is a phenomenon unique to a rule of law society . Civil disobedience from not undermine the rule of law , but in order to maintain an effective choice of the rule of law , and therefore can not be compared it with the history of violence against the state , you can not equating with the general criminal behavior .
