Abstract


17 Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee adopted a decision on strengthening and improving Party building under the new situation, a number of major issues, the Chinese Communist Party in scientific theory to guide the construction of the party and to protect party building science system to scientific methods to promote Party building and improve the scientific level of party building the party building new requirements. For this reason, must be based on a scientific attitude and innovative spirit, the vision of development, explore the basic law of the advanced nature of the construction of the long-ruling under the conditions of the Communist Party of China and its derivative theory, system and method to study new situations, solve new problems, creating new experiences. Specifically, it is concluded study the construction of theoretical exploration and practical experience of the advanced nature of the party of the proletariat on the basis of scientific theory, the system of science and scientific method, research focus, looking for the building of the Party's advanced nature of the internal law, fully tap the party members attribute concept, function the founding theory as well as political parties and cultural construction in play on the ideology of the party's cohesion and guiding force, in-depth study to build a scientific decision-making system, innovative incentive system, supervision the restrictive system system system as well as ancient and modern, successful practice , modern scientific methods of work of advancing the the Party Building democratization, legalization and efficiency, and actively explore the party organization theory and policy innovation practice innovative force with party members, party building a sense of innovation and belief in shaping on the role, in order to effectively solve scientific problems constraining advanced construction to enhance the scientific level of the advanced nature of the Party building, lay a good foundation to ensure a smooth implementation and party-building objectives and governance tasks entrusted to the completion of this stage of the times and social .
