Abstract


The rise of the Internet network public opinion expression become a trend and the trend. The correct public opinion expression to speed up the process of political civilization and democracy and the rule of law is of great significance. Network BBS in the network public opinion expression played an important role, it with convenience, directness and open characteristics become one of the important channel to express public opinion. However, the development of things is not ideal, the research analysis, network BBS public opinion expression, there are many restricting factors hampering the rationalization of public opinion expression. This paper aims to analysis of specific cases, and find out the public opinion expression problems and puts forward relative Suggestions and opinions. Using the theory of intercourse habermas, the section and DengYu charming event public opinion expression empirical analysis. From the communication environment, interactive behavior and language behavior focus on the analysis of three aspects, and points out that three layer the problems, and then from the system, management, consciousness of the three aspects of reasons for further analysis. Finally, in view of the question proposed reasonable solution comment, mainly from coping mechanism, BBS management and improve citizen consciousness on three aspects.
