Abstract


The core of operation of the whole enterprise is enterprise information ecosystem, which is a crucial factor of core competency. Enterprise information ecosystem coordinates the relationships between persons, information and environment of the enterprise. Only if enterprise information ecosystem implements its balance, effectiveness and stabilization, it provides support, foundation and protection for the sustainable development of enterprise.In view of the importance of enterprise information ecosystem in business system, evaluation of enterprise information ecosystem condition and optimal allocation of enterprise information ecosystem is so important. The corporation must have a scientific evaluation index system of enterprise information ecosystem in order to evaluate and optimally allocate it. However, at present, the issues on health evaluation methodology and index system of enterprise information ecosystem and optimization of enterprise information ecosystem are still new topics in the field of business management, which haven’t much achievement and depth of research. Therefore, studying the above issues can improve enterprise information ecosystem and use them in corporations, which make evaluation index systems and evaluation methodology showing the situation more scientific and make the results more correctively. According to the principle of optimization and problems of evaluation, the enterprise should formulate the measures of optimization of enterprise information ecosystem.On the basis of a lot of research, this article studies deeply the research on the design and evaluation of health evaluation index system and optimization of the enterprise information ecosystem. The article gives out the way and model of optimization, design of health index system and proposes an evaluation which is fit for the health evaluation methodology of enterprise information ecosystem. The evaluation methodology combines Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process. The article uses the above achievement to Xianghao Alloy Products Co., Ltd, evaluates its health of enterprise information ecosystem and proposes measures of optimization of the enterprise information ecosystem.The innovation of this paper is about the evaluation method of enterprise information ecosystem. It combines Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, which avoids shortcomings of subjective and difficult to quantify. This makes the assessment results more objective, more accurate and more intuitive. The article aims to improve enterprise information ecosystem’s evaluation methodology and index system theoretically. Practically, it encourages information work and improves economic efficiency of enterprises.
