Abstract


As economic globalization continues to advance, the emergence of this form of organization of the global production networks. Profoundly changed the world production and division of labor. With multinational companies in the layout of its global production network, the theory of global production is increasingly becoming an important tool for multinational companies to develop the company's global growth strategy, and at the same time had an important impact on the development of related industries in developing countries. Meanwhile, as a new theoretical analysis tool for the global production network is used to analyze the current situation of the international division of labor, developing countries effective integration into the global economy and achieve industrial upgrading has important theoretical significance. The basic idea is: on the basis of global production networks, combined with the global electronic information industry research, and ultimately put forward the countermeasures of the Chinese electronics industry upgrade. The text is divided into the following five chapters: Chapter 1: Introduction. This section includes the meaning and context of this study, domestic and international literature review, research framework and analysis methods, as well as innovative and inadequacies. Chapter II: theoretical research in global production networks. Introduces the connotation of global production networks, the structure and the driving force of the model, as well as industrial upgrading theoretical research. Chapter 3: The global electronic information industry production network analysis and upgrades. Is divided into two main parts: the first part: the global production network of electronic information industry analysis, mainly (a) introduce the basic concepts of the electronic information industry; (b) of the world's electronic information industry production network status; (c) global electronic information industry is an important module production characteristics and production characteristics of the electronic information manufacturing service provider. Part II: Case Study: global electronic information industry production network upgrading of Taiwan's computer industry case studies. Chapter 4: upgrade China's electronic information industry analysis. Include: (a) the current development of China's electronic information industry; (b) the upgrade of China's electronic information industry and the competitiveness of China's electronic information industry; (c) Based on the direction of the Chinese electronics industry upgrade of the global production networks. Chapter 5: Countermeasures upgrade of China's electronic information industry. Upgrade Countermeasures of China's electronic information industry mainly from the point of view of the government and enterprises. This paper argues that the current level of development of China's electronic information industry there is not a small gap compared with developed countries, in the field of electronic information industry manufacturing is still in the bottom of the global industry value chain, the need to achieve industrial upgrading. Actively embedded in global production networks, after all, a better way to achieve industrial upgrading. Therefore, China's electronic information industry through active participation in global production networks, knowledge diffusion mechanism in global production networks and industrial upgrading mechanism to raise the status of the progressive realization of the global production networks and industrial structure optimization. Ultimately achieve industrial upgrading, occupying the position of the high-end of the global electronic information industry.
