Abstract


Organizational behavior organizational identity is an important concept in the study , its organizational development plays a vital role . The tobacco industry is an important source of China's fiscal revenue , as China joined the WTO, the domestic tobacco industry is facing competition from the international tobacco giant pressure , tobacco management system to speed up the process of marketization . However, due to the particularity of the tobacco industry , tobacco industry employees agree on the organization is not strong , research organizations agree on the tobacco industry employees associated performance impact of the tobacco industry employees can understand the status of organizational identity , predict employee performance levels associated for tobacco industry business managers to improve the management model to provide theoretical guidance . In this paper, the existing organizational identity and contextual performance theory and concluded , based on the tobacco industry employees through the establishment of organizational identity associated performance impact on the model , questionnaire design , targeted tobacco company in Ningbo , and the level directly under the three county-level branches to conduct special investigations , by analyzing the data, using empirical means of in-depth study of its organizational identity tobacco industry employees associated with performance. After the questionnaire data, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that: ( a ) the tobacco industry employees background variables on organizational identification and the associated performance is significantly different ; ( 2 ) employees' organizational identity is affected its associated performance of the important variables ; ( 3 ) staff organizational identity in the attribution of organizational identification on interpersonal promote dimensions have a significant impact, and survivability organizational identification and successful organizations agree on interpersonal promotion has no effect ; ( 4 ) organizational Identification the survivability of organizational identity , organizational identification and attribution of successful identification of related organizations devoted to the work performance dimensions have significant impact . Through the empirical results , verify the identity of the organization to improve staff performance as well as the association of enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises has a positive influence , and finally through Ningbo practical applications related to the tobacco companies , and more specifically describes the research projects value, but also for the tobacco industry enterprises as well as the development of other domestic enterprises to provide a useful reference.
