Abstract


Article is based on Chinese rural financial industry organizational innovation objective reality , through the existing rural financial development theory , industrial organization innovation theory , the theory of industrial organization, finance systematic review and commentary , research to determine the starting point of the article , the basic scope and path , science definition of China's rural financial industry connotation of the concept of organizational innovation performance , both from internal and external analyzes the Chinese rural financial innovation and the formation mechanism of industrial organization to establish and analyze the main factors influencing their build China's rural financial industry organization theoretical analysis of innovation performance framework . So the framework , the article reviews the Chinese rural financial system, industrial organization innovation process based on the use of new SCP Framework Analysis was carried out . Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) from the scale efficiency and technical efficiency analysis of both Chinese rural financial industry, organizational innovation internal performance and external performance , and further given China 's rural financial innovation causes of industrial organization analysis and policy recommendations . The main research conclusions are as follows : ( a ) under the Chinese government-led organizational innovation in rural financial industry has begun to take effect , but the performance of rural financial markets remain highly monopolistic , oligopolistic market structure , creating China's rural financial sector organizational innovation in scale efficiency and technical efficiency have shown inefficiency . ( 2 ) The Government mandatory institutional change is causing China's rural financial industry the main reason for the low performance of organizational innovation , while the lack of regulatory mechanisms , rural economic development lags behind the body , the degree of development of rural market players are also not higher cause the cause of poor performance . ( 3 ) to improve China's rural financial industry needs based on organizational innovation performance improvement of the institutional environment , get rid of economic constraints , enhanced functions mechanisms angle , by strengthening institutional innovation of government functions , improve the level of economic development in rural areas , strengthen the rural economy market players , a sound industrial organization innovative market mechanisms and other means to complete.
