Abstract


Thesis by establishing a sense of cooperation, cooperative behavior and the conceptual model of the R \u0026 D performance, and empirical research (Survey), object design questionnaires for research using confirmatory factor analysis method and structural equation modeling (SEM) to explore and verify that sense of cooperation, cooperation behavior dimension and affect the relationship, and then explores the sense of cooperation in science and technology enterprises, cooperative behavior and the relationship between the R \u0026 D performance of the three. Study of the relevant literature, the formation of the initial questionnaire on the sense of cooperation, cooperative behavior and R \u0026 D performance. Questionnaire use Likert5 points system score. Questionnaire pre-testing of the questionnaire indicators and design, a small sample questionnaire. The main purpose of the testing of a small sample of the first phase of the sample data simplification to seek basic factor structure, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis, PRD enterprises prepared questionnaire adjusted in line with the facts of science and technology enterprises of the Pearl River Delta region survey of R \u0026 D cooperation and performance of researchers. \In the second stage of formal survey questionnaires to the technical personnel of the science and technology enterprises. Reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis found that the sense of cooperation, cooperative behavior and R \u0026 D performance index system consistency reliability is high, and a good fit among the questionnaire has good construct validity and reliability. Finally, the large sample test data for the structural equation model analysis, the using Amos 17.0 Inspection paper presents hypothetical model. Showed that cooperation awareness of the common working willingness dimension willingness dimension of interpersonal cooperative behavior significantly affect; cooperative behavior communication behavior dimension, mutual aid behavior dimension of R \u0026 D performance have a significant impact; sense of cooperation of R \u0026 D performance has no direct significant impact. In conclusion, the paper home and abroad theory based on use Survey, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling and empirical research methods, analysis technical staff awareness of science and technology enterprises, cooperative behavior between the R \u0026 D performance relationship. For the introduction of science and technology enterprises with the internal sense of cooperation talent to build a set of reliability and validity of measurement standards to facilitate the selection of personnel, at the same time, the paper concludes that teamwork research and innovation capacity can be greatly improved business performance, enhance corporate The core technology competitiveness. The author also points to promote enterprise management strategy with reality, and hope to have a certain reference value suitable enterprises.
