Abstract


2008 U.S. financial crisis swept the globe, many economies around the world are subject to varying degrees of heavy losses . China, as an important part of the global market , by the impact of the crisis . Warning to cultural issues such as ethical shortcomings exposed in the financial crisis , lessons learned , in response to the crisis , sustainable development is an important issue facing the current business . In this paper, for example , through the analysis of the current situation of the building of enterprise culture in Xinjiang , summed up the results achieved by the building of enterprise culture in Xinjiang as well as the shortcomings , and to analyze the causes of Xinjiang enterprises . Xinjiang enterprises based on the background of the financial crisis and the Xinjiang enterprises development needs based on how to attach importance to and actively building a conducive corporate culture , the characteristics of the sustainable development of the enterprises themselves Exploration and Research . Enterprises in Xinjiang cultural construction should carry forward the essence of traditional Chinese culture , absorbing domestic and foreign corporate culture advanced concepts , highlighting the cultural characteristics of Xinjiang ethnic ideas , clarify Xinjiang enterprises refining good management of internal strength , culture take root , the real play the role of corporate culture is the only way to the point of view of the rapid development in Xinjiang .
