Abstract


With China’s rapid economic development,the competition between enterprise is becoming more and more fierce, the enterprise managers also begin to realize the importance of enterprise strategy management. Financial strategy management as an important part of enterprise strategy, plays a support and assurance role to help enterprise realize it’s strategic. Financial strategy and its management capacity and level of ability is a comprehensive reflection of all aspects of the enterprise. With a sound financial system and the right financing, investment strategies, business development strategy can be successfully achieved. In this paper, on the basis of the development of the financial overview and expounded of the related theory, conducted a study on Comprehensive Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. of Xinjiang Tarim finance cooperation’s strategic management.Combined financial strategy theory and the actual situation of the company,analysis the company’s internal and external financial environment. By using the analysis method of SWOT, revealing the Company’s strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats, using financial model and comprehensive model to evaluate the company’s financial operation, providing good support and reference for the company to set a overall development strategy goal, resource optimization and configuration, and pioneering development.
