Abstract


With the harmonious development of the concept and awareness of social groups , the one-sided emphasis on the financial performance of the business development model is gradually replaced both balanced social development , sustainable growth model , the subject of corporate social responsibility for businesses and scholars attention. Social responsibility to fulfill as whether the Zhejiang Economic reinforcements Zhejiang private listed companies can upgrade to a high degree of business strategy , is the key to its ability to gain a competitive advantage . Based on the above background , research related to corporate social responsibility and financial performance of private listed companies in Zhejiang , engaged in social responsibility for corporate strategic reference data have important theoretical and practical significance . The theory is the study of the theory of social responsibility and interests of stakeholders in this study the starting point , the review and analysis of the literature of corporate social responsibility and financial performance , Based on stakeholder theory , select the shareholders , creditors , suppliers , employees , government , customers six main stakeholders Zhejiang private Listed Companies corporate Social Responsibility , then put forward to fulfill the social responsibilities of the main stakeholders and Financial Performance the correlation assumptions select 37 Zhejiang private Listed Companies 2004 - 2009 corporate Social Responsibility indicators and financial indicators related data , applications Eviews software descriptive analysis and panel data analysis to test the correlation assumptions , the following conclusions : (1) private Listed Companies in Zhejiang helps businesses enhance financial performance of the implementation of corporate social responsibility . ( 2) Zhejiang private listed companies fulfill the social responsibilities of the different stakeholders main correlation between corporate financial performance is different . (3) private listed companies in corporate social responsibility to fulfill with the firm size was positively correlated with debt levels were negatively correlated .
