Abstract


Quality cost concept was born in the 1950s , as the first time linked to the concept of quality and economic efficiency of enterprises , it is not only to broaden the scope of the quality management , deepen the quality management theory , and changes in the business philosophy had a tremendous impact in practice once made remarkable achievements . However, with the changes in the world economic situation in the 60 years since its birth and development of science and technology , quality management environment dramatically changed the traditional cost of quality management has been unable to meet the current pursuit of \the new philosophy of quality requirements , facing the urgent requirement of self-transformation in the concepts and methods . With the increasing demands of the consumer and business- quality , Motorola in the late 1980s 6Sigma management methods , customer satisfaction as the goal , the invention and integration of a series of management methods and tools , comply with the current quality changes in management philosophy , the great success achieved in practice ; compared with the traditional quality cost management , 6Sigma management execution has obvious advantages , but it lacks continuity and systemic , which is the cost of quality management system with the characteristics . Visible , if the two can organic combine to create a new system will be able to avoid weaknesses , to more fully play the role of both in business management . The paper will first comparative analysis of the traditional cost of quality management and 6Sigma management concepts and methods discussed on this basis quality cost management 6Sigma of management both organically combine the need for , and build new based on 6Sigma management quality cost management system, then this article will study the cost of quality management system improvement on the concepts and methods , as well as other management tools and performance management and supply chain management integration for enterprises to create more , better , longer-lasting of the proceeds.
