Abstract


Technological innovation has become an important foundation for the development of modern manufacturing and power , and technological innovation performance will affect the enterprises to actively carry out technological innovation activities . In the current case , however , despite Jiangsu has a wealth of resources for innovation , but the advantages of regional science and technology are not brought into full play , Jiangsu Province, manufacturing technology level of innovation performance compared to the leading domestic level , there is still a considerable gap , seriously restricting the pace of industrial upgrading . Therefore reasonable metric technological innovation performance analysis technology innovation performance , and ultimately find the direction of efforts to improve the performance of technological innovation , and change the disadvantage of Jiangsu Province, where the manufacturing industry in the international division of labor , promote industrial upgrading and enhance the international competitiveness of industries very important significance . This paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter article research background, significance and importance to do a brief introduction ; Chapter II of the process of technological innovation , technology innovation performance , technology innovation audit , etc. Research . First established from the beginning of the third chapter of the technological innovation process model based on the flow of information and the ability to drive and to lay the foundation for technological innovation performance evaluation and technical innovation audit . Then based on the flow of information in the technological innovation process model to establish performance evaluation index system of technical innovation , and technological innovation performance evaluation method is introduced . Next Chapter technological innovation performance of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province transverse and longitudinal evaluation drawn relative level and the development of technological innovation performance of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province . The Chapter use to establish technical innovation audit model based on the process of technological innovation , technological innovation performance of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province , and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions . The sixth chapter is a summary of this study , and prospect follow-up study .
