Abstract


In the fierce market and knowledge competition, enterprises must make full use of Competitive Intelligence and Anti-competitive Intelligence to gain a competitive edge and against the competitors to get their core competition information. At the same time, enterprises must effectively make full use of the concepts and technologies and works of Management' dissertation">Knowledge Management to enhance the work efficien- cy, quality of Anti-competitive Intelligence and improve enterprise’s kernel competitive. This article mainly used literature research and analysis, comprehensive and comparative analysis, case studies and other methods to expand the main contents.The main contents of this article as follows:Firstly, this article studied on the research background of the Anti-competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management to research the main contents and innovations.Secondly, this article studied on the of concepts, characteristics, main research contents and implementation processes of the Anti-competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management, and analysed the relationship between them.Thirdly, this article actively explored the theories, technologies and empirical research feasibility of building the enterprise’s Anti-competitive Intelligence system based on Knowledge Management, and analysed the five main factors of this systems: persons, organization structure, organization resources, information technology, regulations and enterprise culture and elaborated the importance of each part through the elements of graphs.Furthermore, based on the analysis the theories and researches of Anti-competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management, this papaers constructed the system model of Anti-competitive Intelligence based on Knowledge Managemen and discussed the main innovations, features and functions of each subsystem of the system in detail.Finally, this papaers serviced the typical representative in Knowledge Management and Information Science research applications, Shell International Services and Haier Group as the empirical research to verify the feasibility of this system model. At last this papaers provided some meaningful suggestions.
