Abstract


Changji City Light is Electric Power Group Corporation is a power ventures Electric Multi enterprises relative to the the power main business terms . With the deepening of the power system reform , the electric power system \How to achieve a smooth transition , how to adapt to the new situation of the market reform is currently facing major problems . This requires that the company must attach great importance from a strategic and explore the survival and development issues , develop scientific and rational development strategy . Firstly, more of China's electric power industry development briefly analysis, and clear research background . Secondly , the use of strategic management analysis method , light is the company in which the external macro environment and industry environment , clear the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the development process ; identified through analysis of the company's internal status quo itself has the advantages and disadvantages exist . Alternative strategies on the basis of the analysis of the internal and external environment , determined through SWOT matching matrix to use quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) and the \march outside the state the market and Tebian cooperation \Finally, we propose a protection strategy for the effective implementation of measures , including corporate governance , human resource structure , incentives , corporate culture , rational development of the business and the establishment of several aspects of the learning organization .
