Abstract


Fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics plays an increasingly important role in the flow of economic development in the fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics can reduce fruit and vegetable consumption , improve circulation efficiency and protect the fruit and vegetable quality . Researchers study has been made on the basis of the results , the theoretical research , qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis , comparative analysis , empirical analysis and other research methods , principles and operation of the fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics , inventory, transportation , distribution carried out research , in order to improve the efficiency of the circulation of the fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics , to protect the quality of fruits and vegetables and increase profits .
