The impact of heavy metals on plant growth and development is the basis of the study of heavy metal poisoning effect on plant Cd on Growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of two potato varieties of this study provide a scientific basis for guiding the production of green organic potato . Potato \The test results show that : 1. When Cd concentration improve , increased the degree of plant poisoning growth was significantly inhibited . Low concentration (10mg/kg) Cd stress promote \Mild Cd (10mg/kg) and Cd (50mg/kg) , severe stress , potato yield per plant and leaves , creeping stems , tubers , root dry weight were significantly decreased . Cd on the aboveground plant poisoned the degree is less than the underground part . Kexin \Cd concentration 10mg/kg Kexin No. 1 \Treatment under the conditions of high concentration (50mg/kg) , leaves POD SOD activity , MDA content and control relatively significantly improved. Cd (10mg/kg and 50mg/kg ) , potato tuber fresh weight and size was significantly reduced , Cd tuber fresh weight accumulation and volume increase is suppressed . Low concentrations of Cd on the potato tuber starch, vitamin C, soluble sugar and reducing sugar , protein content in no significant difference in Cd (50mg/kg) , and severe processing conditions , starch tubers of two potato varieties , vitamin C soluble sugars and reducing sugar content decreased significantly reduced tuber quality . With the increase in the concentration of Cd treatment grams new No. 1 \Low concentrations of Cd (10mg/kg) treatment conditions , the content of Cd in potato descending were creeping stems > roots > leaves > tubers , and high concentrations of Cd (50mg/kg) , Cd content in potato processing from high to low were the root > ground stems> leaves > tubers . Cd mainly accumulated in the underground part of the plant .
