Objective:1 Discuss the level of SOD and MDA between patients with stable angina pectoris and healthy people.2 This topic is intended to explore compared with only using atorvastatin, whether the combined use of atorvastatin and trimetazidine can achieve better antioxidant effect.Method:Select 30 healthy people as group A, 60 patients who are diagnosed with stable angina are randomly divided into group B and group C, and each group has 30 people. Group B is given conventional related treatment and on the basis of routine treatment they are given 10mg Po QN atorvastatin; On the basis of routine treatment, group C are given 10mg Po QN atorvastatin and 20 mg Po TID trimetazidine, and and they are followed up for 8 weeks. All patients being selected for the first day, and group B and group C patients in the 8th week after the intervention will be extracted venous blood to test liver and kidney function, blood lipids, creatine kinase, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde.Results:1 The comparison of SOD activity and MDA content between healthy group (Group A) and stable angina group (Group B + C): compared with Group A experimenters’SOD activity, Group (B + C) experimenters’dropped (p<0.05), which has statistics significance. Compared with Group A experimenters’MDA content, Group (B + C) experimenters’increased (p<0.05), which has statistics significance. 2 Group B patients’SOD activity increased after the intervention(p<0.05), which has statistics significance. Group B experimenters’MDA content dropped after the intervention (p<0.05), which has statistics significance.3 Group C experimenters’SOD activity increased after the intervention (p<0.05), which has statistics significance. Group C experimenters’MDA content dropped after the intervention (p<0.05), which has statistics significance.4 The comparison between group B and group C after the intervention, group C’s SOD activity increased compared with group B (p<0.05), which has statistics significance. Group C’s MDA content decreased compared with group B (p<0.05), which has statistics significance.Conclusions:1 The superoxide dismutase in stable angina patients’body is lower than that in healthy people, and MDA is higher than healthy people, indicating that there is a higher level of oxidative stress in stable angina patients’body.2 Compared with only using atorvastatin, adding trimetazidine to the treatment based on atorvastatin can further reduce oxidative stress in stable angina patients’body.3 There are rare adverse reactions in the combined use of atorvastatin and trimetazidine together, suggesting that the combination of the two drugs is safe to stable angina patients.
