Abstract


This paper is in the absorption of previous research , in-depth analysis on the basis of relevant information to be made ??and summarized . Resident Minister established the Qing Dynasty and the exercise of sovereignty over Tibet to strengthen the administration of an important initiative is the Central Government to fully absorb the Qing Yuan and Ming dynasties governance based on the experience of Tibet around the changed political situation in Tibet , with its own developments have been made. At this point , the Qing central government and Tibet relations forward in a new historical stage. Resident Minister of Tibet as the Qing central government political and economic affairs highest office , on behalf of the Qing Dynasty rule Tibet and specific policy implementers , in a stable Tibet Council, the development of production, safeguard national unity, and so resist foreign humiliation play a very important role. A Resident Minister institutional history , in fact, a political history of Qing rule Tibet , the central government is a clear relationship with the Tibetan local history . Therefore, the system of in-depth study Amban not only help us to better understanding of the Qing central government 's control over Tibet , but today there is still an important practical significance. This paper is divided into four chapters , Chapter I outlines Qing political and economic situation and high commissioners set ; second chapter describes Amban system improvement and development ; third chapter discusses the well-known high commissioners and resident minister of the historical role ; fourth chapter from the positive and negative aspects discussed Qing Dynasty Amban influence on modern political situation in Tibet .
