Abstract

High school English textbooks (Oxford Shanghai Edition) students to make use of information flow, to grasp the the information organizational structure to understand the text, this relates to the organizational capacity of the communicative competence. Communicative competence in the past has mostly focused on the pragmatic competence, oral communication and written discourse related to the same information packaged and organizational issues. Information flow in systemic functional linguistics is called metrical. This study attempts to departure from the metrical Perspective of Systemic Functional Linguistics, Literature Features dialog text in English textbooks in the discourse semantic theory under the framework of analysis, thematic choices and to promote and metrical characteristics, in order to seek to improve the students' communicative learning materials information in the way of the organizational capacity.
