Abstract

In this paper, building a complete notary of criminal responsibility system as the research purposes, and to the Supreme People 's Procuratorate issued \notary duties on China's criminal liability related theoretical issues are discussed. Overall article is divided into four sections , respectively, from the overall and partial , theoretical principles and specific systems such as a different perspective on our notary official conduct criminal liability ( hereinafter referred to as \The first part is mainly to criminal liability notary meaning as defined and discussed in the focus of the basic functions , the importance of clear criminal notary and notary criminal our specification main problem facing , focusing on criminal notary discussed theoretically role. The second part of the study from the overall behavior of the notary office on charges of criminal liability involved and the specific form of crime , citing notary criminal process may be involved in some criminal law offenses and make some theoretical analysis . This article focuses on the third part as from the latest Zuigao Jian \effects . The fourth part is the concluding part of this article , mainly from the basic theory and practical offenses constitute criminal notary on legislative proposals , hoping to be able to build a sound accountability system notary provide theoretical support .
