Abstract

Dangerous driving behavior refers to the driving motor vehicles on the road tochase competing driving vile and drunken driving of motor vehicles on the road.Amendment of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China (h)"has been thecrime of dangerous driving formally incorporated into the adjustment range of criminallaw, as a new offense, but also with the implementation of the new amendment, therelated problem appears. China’s criminal law field for the reasonableness of such issuesas set by this crime is still debated. How to understand the connotation of the crime ofdangerous driving, and how to correctly apply the existing legal system of this crime,and so have become the current judicial dilemma. But I think that has been included inthe new offense of criminal law-the bettering of the crime of dangerous driving is thetop priority. Cut from the first chapter of the legislative background of the crime ofdangerous driving, the second chapter of a profound analysis of their crimes andunderstand the connotation of this crime, the third chapter of the difference between ourcriminal justice system is easy to confuse the other counts, Chapter foreign law,compared to is to put forward their own proposals to improve the deficiencies of thecrime of dangerous driving, to solve problems in the judicial practice to start adiscussion.
