Abstract


Suppliers has become an essential element of the competitiveness of enterprises, supplier selection and evaluation is correct or not, the growing impact of the enterprise, the ultimate goal of supplier evaluation services for enterprises, so that the enterprise get the best quality of products and services at the lowest cost, to weed out unqualified suppliers, development of potential suppliers, and maintenance of both supply and demand long-term stable cooperative relations and to establish strategic partnerships with the best suppliers. However, the survey shows that the majority of our enterprises in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, often based on subjective impression, making it impossible to make a comprehensive supplier companies, specific, objective evaluation and selection. Therefore comprehensive evaluation of the system must be designed to be a complete, scientific and comprehensive index evaluation index system suppliers in the supply chain environment. This article is on the basis of supply chain management thinking, analysis the domestic supplier information management and evaluation system, identify its shortcomings and analyze the production requirements for a state-owned enterprise in China, arrive at the enterprise supply chain system management in production, then elaborated on the design and realization of the whole process of supplier information management and evaluation system. Major design supplier information management, supplier management and supplier product information management, supplier information query. In addition, the paper also expounded the design and implementation of the the supply production coordination management and investment information dissemination and management, in the evaluation of suppliers on the establishment of the principle of li supplier evaluation index system, under which determine the evaluation method - Analytic Hierarchy Process and establishment of evaluation index system, evaluation of suppliers classified according to its intrinsic link into an orderly hierarchy and Evaluation at all levels to carry out detailed analysis and accurate calculation of the evaluation criteria, and thus achieve the suppliers to conduct a comprehensive and objective, comprehensive and quantitative analysis . In the fourth chapter, the main supplier evaluation and selection module system testing. By different suppliers for the same product in different indicators, their quantitative analysis were obtained evaluation scores, and detailed data on supplier evaluation part test, and then completed a comprehensive supplier evaluation , pursuant to choose suppliers and their products of comparative advantage. Research system enables enterprises through scientific and reasonable method to evaluate suppliers, is conducive to the enterprise can be faster and better adapt to a competitive market competition, improve enterprise management decision-making and improve the quality of corporate information the construction of a larger value.
