Abstract


Taekwondo is one originated in the Korean Peninsula, both old and new competitive sport. Taekwondo Chinese martial arts are an important part of the traditional oriental culture, with strong ethnic characteristics and traditional spirit. Taekwondo is a hands and feet to complete the attack, the defensive mental and physical cultivation methods, the purpose of practicing taekwondo is that through the dual cultivation of body and mind, in order to promote the improvement of the physical and personality. Taekwondo is a strong flavor of the times and good exercise value of the sport. The creation of this course is not only conducive to youth fitness heart health, but also help to improve their interpersonal skills, imagination, expressiveness, and ability to cooperate, and also help to improve the students' own cultural, moral and artistic cultivation. Found by looking up the number of ten academic journals through a literature search of sports journals network, most of the literature related to the study of of Kickboxing movement selection, sports injuries, and biochemical indicators of primary and secondary schools Taekwondo teaching feasibility and development of countermeasures are not many. But our young people interested in Tae Kwon Do and actively participate in it is an important reason for this study. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics method and other methods, Taekwondo feature role, significance and value elaborated, combination of middle school PE and health curriculum reform guiding ideology and reform direction and analyzed Taekwondo teaching in junior high school to carry out a preliminary proposal to carry out the feasibility of taekwondo teaching in secondary schools. The findings suggest that the current the Leiyang Taekwondo teaching junior high school is not yet widespread, only a very small number of schools opened. However, the high school students this movement there is high interest. Taekwondo has high fitness value, is conducive to moral education to the students, the students good personality, to raise the level of students' psychological development, and the students all round development. Taekwondo normative ornamental competitive characteristics not only make high school students to achieve physical fitness, and character cultivation, adjust the pressure, relieve fatigue and other purposes, can effectively promote the construction of campus culture in secondary schools, a good quality education environment to promote the cultivation and improvement of the students' overall quality. Taekwondo teaching with intuitive, image, participatory, susceptibility, high school students meet the psychological, physiological characteristics, in the form of a good quality education for middle school students. Recommendation: play to the initiative of the physical education teachers, to regulate the use of teaching materials as well as to strengthen Taekwondo teaching applied research; provide more training opportunities for teachers, to strengthen the technical and theoretical level of the teachers, the faculty; engage in more activities of some taekwondo allow students to enjoy Taekwondo bring the fun; caused the attention of the leadership, to increase Taekwondo infrastructure construction and improvement, increase publicity of Tae Kwon Do.
