Abstract


Rural specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers volunteered to participate , based on farmers' management to increase the income of members for the purpose of jointly engaged in agriculture and related special production operations , democratic management in accordance with the principle of equality and mutual benefit , to provide production and management services for the members mutual aid cooperative economic organizations . The inevitability of the development of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations from the agricultural production of biological , geographical dispersion and production of arbitrariness , originated resolve the inherent contradiction between the production and operation of agricultural diversification and industrialization of agriculture, large-scale production economic requirements . Also rural specialized cooperative economic organizations must be flexible , diverse , transitional and community-based special requirements , farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations are becoming the transformation of the mode of agricultural production , solve dispersed small farmers production the contradiction between the market and improve the intrinsic quality of agricultural products and market competitiveness , promote the industrialized operation of agriculture , increase farmers' income , and achieve common prosperity of the effective carrier . This paper first discusses the scientific connotation of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations , and its main function , the form of classification , the development trend analysis , and actual combination of Zhangjiajie City , Zhangjiajie City, the current implementation of the development of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations mode , the effectiveness of the implementation , there are issues to be elaborated , and finally learn from the advanced experience both at home and abroad , put forward some suggestions on the development of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations of Zhangjiajie City .
