Abstract


In recent years, "the village traveling" in our country various cities suburb is in the swift growth. The village traveling take the local farmer as the management main body, has the land, the garden and the place agricultural resource, take the rural scenery and the farmer as the characteristic, take the tourist as the target client, usually by the countryside family the traveling modes of business operation which carries on for the unit. This kind of traveling form to the rich city people leisure life, develops the suburb countryside characteristic economy, expands the countryside becoming rich method, stimulates the place agricultural resource, the activation consumer market, reduced the countryside and the urban disparity, plays the positive promotion effect without doubt. The village traveling leads the function to the countryside synthesis to be bigger than its creation by far the direct economic efficiency. How to make rational use of natural resources in rural areas, in the industrial management of agriculture, while great efforts to develop tourism, the agricultural extension of the tertiary industry, while improving the rural ecological environment, maintain the ecological balance of agriculture, sustainable agricultural development, has as rural tourism development at all levels of government concern.This paper is divided into six parts, namely the development of rural tourism at home and abroad to explain the process, and through empirical approach to rural tourism development in Changsha to illustrate the prospects and lack of rural tourism, and worked out a suitable present Changsha rural tourism development models and methods.
