H Company management is aware of the fact, competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources , Human Resource Management is a modern business management aspects of critical problems in human resources management is precisely the ills of the old state-owned enterprises . H company's human resources management business in the current institutional environment must be by means of an advanced information management platform , the introduction of modern information technology to human resources management to promote enterprise business processes to optimize human resources management , enterprise management efficiency and service quality to enhance and improve the level of human resources management , dynamic detailed management to adapt to the needs of strategic decision on the regulation of human resources configuration to achieve the transformation of the human resources function . H company's human resources management information system project construction background and significance , the theories and methods of human resources management information system , and on this basis , the actual work of H Company Human Resource Management Information System needs analysis proposed H's human resources management information system overall architecture ; detailed design of the function of each module of H Company human Resource Management information System ; and H company human resources management information system project implementation , including the organization of the project protection , project control , project risk management and project critical success factors , the final analysis of the effect of the implementation of the project .
