Abstract


Since the reform and open policy, Zhejiang private economic has began toflourish and become an important strength which promote the national economicdevelopment and realize the technology progress. But with global economicintegration and the coming of the knowledge economy time, Zhejiang privateenterprise gradually appear its disadvantage that technology level is low. In the face ofthe fierce market competition, private enterprise needs to improve its capacity oftechnology innovation, in response to the challenge of the domestic and foreignenterprises. Technology innovation path is basic way of implementing technologyinnovation for the enterprise. The effective path choice of technological innovation isalso the critical success factors of enterprise technology innovation. Therefore, furtherresearch in Zhejiang private enterprise technology innovation path has significantpractical significance.This paper starts with the concepts of the theory in a summary, including thedefinition of the private economy, connotation of technology innovation,technologicalinnovation path theory and its influence factors. Secondly, this paper uses thequantitative and qualitative analysis, objectively evaluates the current developmentof private enterprises in zhejiang province and the current situation of technologyinnovation. Then this paper selects the typical cases in Zhejiang private enterprise,summarizes two typical technology innovation path of the private enterprise withgrounded theory method analysis, which are "International open innovation based onmerger" and "International open innovation based on professional ".We can find international open innovation is the common choice of technological innovation forprivate enterprise. Then this paper uses binary logistic regression method, analysesthe influence factors of enterprise technology innovation path selection. We concludethat technology knowledge reserve is the main influencing factors of technicalinnovation path selection. At last this paper proposes the correspondingcountermeasure and the suggestion to promote technological innovation of privateenterprise of Zhejiang province, points out that the private enterprise must intensifythe investment of technology innovation ,reasonably select the technology innovationpath according to its own conditions, and the government must also strengthen theguidance for the technological innovation of private enterprise.
