Abstract


In the state-owned enterprise, most of the resource used not to be used enough and the grade of imformationization is close and workflow isn’t criterion. These disadvantages make the efficiency be in a low place. The purpose of the issue is to find out a workflow terrace based on sap workflow structure and to build a information bridge for the enterprise. The final purpose is to improve the efficiency of the operations and shorten the cycle of the work flow.The issue mainly make a work flow structure based on similarity, from investigating SAP workflow elements, detailing its theory, to showing its technology structure and applying the technology of the SAP 00 deeply. A workflow general operation have been designed according to practical needs of HR operation and precise analyse. Meanwhile,it finished the work of designing and configure of the strategy of examining and approving. The work for developping programs is mainly about workflow background, interface and operation searching.The actual using have achieved the goal of earlier design after the project, the operations in the enterprise is become easier, more efficient and standard.
