Abstract


The store house management is a critical index to weigh the management level of a company. Now, IT technology is progressing with each passing day, and the technology of internet and database has been developed rapidly, which make the information-based management displace the manual control card book become the general trends.Sichuan electric power transmission and transformation construction company(SPTTCC) is a national-top class company of grid construction, which consists of 12 construction, circulation and maintenance branches . There are many activities including the purchase, allocation, verification and detection, maintenance and liquidation of materials, machines and facilities during the process of construction, circulation and maintenance of grid, and the store house management of SPTTCC has it’s specility. These activities involve every aspect of management of store house. The store houses of SPTTCC are dispersed over the country, and even outside along with the development of market deploitation. Some store houses emerge with the emergence of a project and will disappear along with the end of the project. And there are different materials in many store houses. So, the store houses of SPTTCC include many branches which are dispersed everywhere and changeable. They can become a whole store house only by information-based technology.We call this system which developed toward the specificity of the store house management of SPTTCC virtual store house system. The system adopts the frame of B/S, develops by the frame construction of dot net+SQL server and the language of c#. The system falls into ten modules: basic setting, warehouse management, outbound management, allocation management, circulation management, rejection management, liquidation management, inquiry and stock take management, verification and detection management and database background management. The system has functions as follows besides inquiry and stock take function of ordinary store house management system: First, the procedure of tools and implement moves on the internet. Second, remind the staff by setting the period of verification and detection. Third, realize the quick allocation nearby of tools and implements in emergency situation. Fourth, make staffs impossible to know about the store house.There are many achievements through the development and application of virtual store house: First, reforge the former management procedure by dividing the demand and request of store house management, which make the procedure possess advantages like management standard, short period of material requisition and the quick and accuracy of information statistic. Second, inquiry and check quickly and exactly through the system, and offer valid information to staffs. Third, guarantee the accuracy and reliability of tools and implements through automatica reminding. Fouth, realize the unify of internal imformation check of all staffs and system management by grade , the highly unify of store house internal and secrete store house outside.In the future, the system can enhance it’s application value by two ways: First, develop some systems to enhance the application efficiency of this system. Second, promote the current system to realize function extension by combine the system and current management system of a company.The successful development of the system can enhance the management efficiency of store house management of the company, promote the security management and information-based construction, standard management level, and increase the economic benefit and overall management level of a company directly. And the development and application of the system bring the change of ideas, which enhanced work efficiency and quality by software technology.
