Abstract

Maintain good financial condition and certain development potential , colleges sustained and stable development of the necessary conditions . The correct evaluation of the financial operating performance of the institutions of higher learning how diversified to raise funds , a reasonable allocation of school funding , improve financial management enhance connotation building of institutions of higher learning and to enable them to long - term sustainable development has played an important role . On the basis of theoretical studies at home and abroad on the performance of the theoretical basis of the performance evaluation index system of university financial operation and the establishment of the principle to explore the establishment of a unified , relative to institutions of higher learning in the financial operating performance evaluation index system .
