Abstract


Corruption is a product of the development of social productive forces to a certain historical stage . The broad corruption is by individuals or small groups in order to obtain money or status associated with private income , deviate from the behavior of the public role should be to fulfill the standard responsibilities . Narrowly corruption is the corruption of power , the abuse of public power and public resources that the country's public servants , public interest and civil rights violations , grab the scarce resources of the community to seek personal gain or small group interests , so that the public powers of alienation unlawful act . The \Corruption and its breeding drawbacks of a greater harm , it is not conducive to political stability , undermine the economic construction and and corrupt social morality . For Marx human point of view to examine the issue of corruption , will help us more deeply reveals Corrupt . As a systems theory , Marx's theory of human nature in turn contains a person's property , the three aspects of human characteristics and human nature , human nature is the core elements . From the point of view of Marx's theory of human nature , the root cause of corruption : First, the transcendence of humanity on the natural law and the negative effects of the market economy is the corruption generated by economic reasons : the second , the alienation of the public power , and power system defects the reason of the corrupt political system ; variability of the desires of the the malignant expansion and value orientation corruption ideological reasons ; fourth sub-culture of corruption and the consumer culture of the modern industrial society is corrupt social environmental causes . Based on the understanding of the root causes of corruption , we can get the following revelation corrosion Eradicating Corruption : First of all, rational and objective view of the existence of corruption in the social and historical process ; Second , vigorously develop social productive forces , reduce evoked corruption of objective factors ; once again , correctly guide the interests of the people's demand and value orientation , building a healthy consumer culture ; Finally , improve democracy and the legal system , strengthen the constraints on the powers of the public administration and supervision .
