Abstract


For more than 20 years’management and fumbling, competing with foreign hotels, the Chinese hospitality has gradually developed their own features and models. Stepping into 2010, more than 20 new hotels comes up gradually just in January. The world economics has recovered to increase quickly and foreign hotels compete to arise in the medium-sized city in China. This will make the scale of the hospitality industry expandable, and the market competition will be more intense.On march 5th 2010, Premier Wen had pointed out in the《Governmental Work Reports》that we should accelerate the development of human resources development and talents is the first resources. In truth, brand, quality service and comprehensive manageability is the main mode of the intra-industry competition. But the main line of competition is human invariably, so talents rivaling must be the most important factor of core competition certainly, and training is surely the important means to promote the employee’s quality. As more and more enterprises realize that and adopt various measures to promote and reinforce it, All kinds of abuses come out incessantly.Based on it, this text starts with the training of human resources. On the basis of studying related theories and some action research, it aims at the actual situation and the shortage in the training work of RJ Hotel. By doing various surveys and comparing with others, we have found out the defect in HR management of RJ Hotel. The purpose is to improve training management and the satisfaction both of workers and customers, as well as the quality of nursing services, and eventually to set a win-win situation of the economic and social consequences.This text starts with diagnosing the important factors and the background of the training management in RJ hotel. Above all, it illustrates and states the related literatures and professional theory. At the same time, it introduces the diagnostic method, object and diagnostic content of the text. Secondly, it introduces the basic information and HR policy of RJ Hotel. And then by analyzing the assessment information of training demand in RJ Hotel and the related data about training in the full year of 2009, it analyses the acute shortage of the training work in RJ Hotel, and comes up with some solutions to improve the training work.Training is an intellectual investment and thinking influences action. Partial training ideas will influence the training action and training effect, it will lead to the failure and loss of the investment directly. One of the strategic goals of RJ Hotel in 2010 is“software construction”, this demonstrates that the leadership support a lot to the training work of HR. But as the modernized hospitality management, we must realize that if we want to succeed in this industry and won the competition, we can’t depend on the supporter only. We not only must protect ourselves from annexing, but also must defeat the competitor. in order to have this capability, we should improve our sustained competitiveness and the function of the human resources management constantly.
