Abstract


Overflow as technical knowledge in the industry between an important channel for the transfer and diffusion of technology has important implications for the industrial development and economic growth . The high-tech industry has strong technical output capacity and technical ability to radiate its technology spillovers natural concern . Technology spillover effect of the high-tech industry in recent years has become a hot topic in the field of high-tech industries and high-tech industries and traditional industries there are similarities with the technical potential in technology , product , making both in interactive development the process is often easy to generate technology spillovers . Study high-tech industry technology spillover effect of the traditional industries , such technology overflow the formation of a more profound understanding and grasp conducive to play and take advantage of the high-tech industry technology spillover active role in promoting the traditional industries of technological progress . Overflow essential characteristics on the basis of the relevant literature research , first from the interaction of high-tech industries and traditional industries and the technology , the clear overflow the mechanism of the high-tech industry, the traditional industrial technology , technology spillovers pathways that affect factors. Then build the technology spillover effect based on the theory of technology spillover analysis mathematical model and design the overflow measure indicators , inspection and analysis of data on the technology spillover effect of the two major industries of high-tech industries and traditional industries . And comprehensive utilization of econometric analysis method , combined with the ordinary least squares regression and panel data model for empirical research on technology spillover effect between the two major industries . The empirical results show that non - materialized channels than materialized overflow channels in high-tech industrial technology spillover effect is more obvious , and also found that the difference of the inter-industry technology spillover . Finally, on the basis of the empirical results , recommended promotion of traditional industries to absorb high-tech industrial technology spillovers , upgrade itself to the development of countermeasures .
