Abstract


As China's national defense technology and equipment to the electronic , intelligent development , the role of the electronic components have become increasingly prominent , the number of species not only use electronic components is a significant increase in increasingly high demand for the quality of the electronic components , and how to ensure that the electronic quality components to meet the needs of the national defense technological and industrial development , has become an urgent need to address the problem . Establish a set of unified model design, quality management , procurement and maintenance of all types of personnel needed , specification , the information is complete , accurate and comprehensive management information system of electronic components can be targeted to solve the problem of the selection and application of electronic components procurement , selection and use of electronic components , providing effective , practical information and specification management basis .
