Abstract


High Vocational Education undertakes the task of bringing up a high quality and high technological experts which meet the need of the production, construction , administration and service. Whether the High Vocational graduates can find the suitable job is related not only to the existence and development of the High Vocational college, but also to the national economic construction and social stabilization. With the employment getting harder and harder, it is more and more important to pay attention to the employment problem of High Vocational graduates and research.This essay manage to start with the related conception about employment policy, then illustrate the policy, undergraduates’ employment policy and analysis of employment policy value briefly. It introduced the policy system of undergraduate employment policy in our country and the contents in different periods. According to the different contents , the undergraduates’ employment policy can be divided into overall policy, detail policy and special policy. The writer analyzed the united allot phase , outgoing graduates meet recruiters face to face and choose as Both see fit transition phase and actual market-oriented job phase on his own on the basis of the changes in history. This essay think that the question is the employment policy of Mutual Selection can not achieve the optimized allocation of talented resources .The graduates’ employment Market will be improved. The trail of planned economy system is still existing. High education innovation can not adapt to the need of market economical development and baffle the implement of employment policy. The undergraduates’ employment conception have to adapt to the market economy. The detail policy is not assured that it is hard to implement the national macro -employment policy.Aimed at the existing problem of the employment policy in the historical development and implement, the paper proposed that we have to be concerned about some problems about the development of the undergraduates’ employment policy .The feasibility of employment policy, the government establish himself on the actual orientation to the employment market of high vocational graduates ,canceling the restriction on employ policy, reforming employment planned approval system to ensure the effective implement on labor market, setting up a transparent, publicly, scientific employment salary issue system.
