Abstract


Based on the background of the construction of IC corporation information portal, it comes out with some practical method on information system with industrial adaptability.With building of the IC electronic enterprise digitization, information data in various application Information Systems has been separated from one another, waiting in integration and management in the no-sequence or ineffectiveness state, which formed many information isolated island. Besides, accumulated large data redundancies resulted in lower efficiency in obtaining information. The above-mentioned phenomenon prevented effective communication between the departments and making the right decision for management team in time. To build information portal has been an inevitable step in information process and also an important phase in integrating corporation information resource to improve information digitization level. Successful businesses are constantly evolving. IT structure allows organizations to achieve what was once considered impossible. The article is intended to adopt a proposal of implementing an e-Business platform based on a Service-oriented Architecture (SOA). It puts forward building Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) based on BEA Weblogic Portal Platform. In the meanwhile, it elaborates mainly Information Portal System development process including portal technique architecture and principle, general architecture, solution, function realization, development process, security and so on. Service-oriented architecture is a design methodology aimed at maximizing the reuse of application-neutral services to increase IT adaptability and efficiency. There is an increasing demand for making more information available to more constituents and to let systems communicate more directly with each other. It has become critical to the enterprise to embrace a new way of integrating computer systems. This article solves the enterprise practical issues with SOA and intend to demonstrate some industry solution.
