Abstract


Since joining in WTO, the market competition that railway survey and design enterprise faces is more and more drastic. To keep constant and big development, enterprise needs to be based on its actual condition, develop and enhance its core competitive power to meet the challenge of economic globalization and fierce contest. From several points of view, the dissertation compares the core competitive power in both Chinese railway survey and design enterprises and foreign ones. With the Porter Theory, the dissertation also analyzes the influencing factors of core competitive power in railway survey and design enterprise, establishes the evaluating model of core competitive power in railway survey and design enterprise, and finds the countermeasure to enhance the core competitive power in railway survey and design enterprise.The thesis consists of six chapters: the first chapter analyzes the railway and roadway’s construction prospect and competition state among railway survey and design enterprises, and proposes the necessity to develop the core competitive power; the second chapter reviews and summarizes the developing process and present status of Chinese railway survey and design enterprises and analyzes the gap from related foreign companies in five aspects; the third chapter analyzes the industry character, environment and the developing tendency; From Porter’s competition mode, the fourth chapter analyzes external influence factor for railway survey and design enterprise, brings forward the developing object and impetus, and proposes the developing path in the mode of‘three carriage’; the fifth chapter analyzes element factor of enterprise core competitive power, and constructs the evaluating indicator system and method for core competitive power of railway survey and design enterprise; in the case of Third Railway Survey and Design Institute Corporation, the sixth chapter analyzes its core competitive power and brings forward the methods to enhance it.By the systemic research of core competitive power among railway survey and design enterprise, the dissertation’s aim is to provide the Chinese railway survey and design enterprises with academic direction, evaluating analytic instrument and effective method to enhance their core competitive power.
