Abstract


The capital markets since the time of its formation is a charming and timeless topic of how businesses must function according to their own goals and benefits of cost constraints to choose the optimal capital structure, corporate finance theory which is most important to study the problem of one.Until the 1980s, a number of financial experts and industry scientists began to capital structure and product market competition strategy combining research, making the capital structure of gradually beyond a single research framework, the study extends the capital structurefield of vision.However, since China has a very unique economic environment and institutional context, the Western theory of the existing capital structure research can, under China’s national conditions and a satisfactory explanation.In addition, health science and technology, bio-medicine-related matter of livelihood of people, China is a populous developing country, to accelerate innovation and development in this area has a special significance.Based on the above analysis, this paper build strategy, capital structure, performance analysis framework to the biopharmaceutical industry to illustrate the implementation of innovative strategies for biopharmaceutical companies should take the form of capital structure is more reasonable, and from the microscopic point of viewmake of the biopharmaceutical industry performance improvement methods.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is introduction part.This section describes the main topics of the background, significance, literature review, research methods and innovation of this paper.The second chapter is an innovative strategy, capital structure and performance of the theoretical analysis.This section is mainly on the capital structure theory, innovation theory, strategy and performance analysis of systems theory, the theoretical assumption that the post text provides a theoretical basis.The third chapter is China’s biopharmaceutical innovation strategy, capital structure and performance of the theoretical analysis.Mainly based on the aforementioned theoretical analysis, combined with the characteristics of China’s biopharmaceutical industry, put forward a related theoretical assumptions.The fourth chapter is the empirical part of this article.Mainly based on the foregoing theoretical analysis and the assumptions made to build the model, select the samples and related data, select the variable indicators, and describe the use of statistical software for analysis and regression analysis, concluded that empirical results.The five chapteris the conclusion of this part and under-researched.Mainly based on the preceding theoretical analysis and empirical research, summed up the conclusions of this paper and enlightenment, and the lack of this research to explain.This paper has found that China’s biopharmaceutical companies need to maintain a low financial leverage, in order to better deal with China’s economic transition in highly dynamic environment and their own growth requirements, and thus obtain a competitive advantage and ultimately improve the performance, promotion of bio-pharmaceuticalindustry’s healthy development.
