Abstract


Japan Business Registration legal system, through history, comparison and analysis of research methods, the generation of the Japan Business Registration legal system, the development of legal value, the basic problem of registration procedures and legal effect are discussed. Chose this subject for three reasons. First, the legal system of our existing business registration still inadequate; of Commercial Registration Act, the preparation of legislation is underway; is the author has certain advantages in Japanese. I hope the legal system of the Japanese business registration can be beneficial to our existing business registration system and the future of business registration legislation. This thesis consists of four chapters constitute the following major elements: the concept of the first chapter of the Japanese business registration.
