As the organizer and disseminator of social sports, its instructors play a decisive role in the development of sports in urban communities. In recent years, the social sports instructors have made great achievement in Beijing. In particular with the successful host of Olympic Games, capital citizens participate in physical activities much more energetically. Thus,“National fitness going together with the Olympics”has become the main melody in residents’daily life, and it gets necessary for the healthy and stable development of communities to set up a harmonious system for instructors’management. However, since social sports started late in China, it is inevitable that there exist a lot of problems.The thesis proceeds by means of a number of methods, such as literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, as well as practical observation and communication. It is arranged to investigate 150 social sports instructors by questionnaires, who are from Wanshou Road Street, Beitaipingzhuang Street, Xueyuan Road Street, Qinghe Street, Huayuan Road Street, Qinghuayuan Street, the 6 surveyed communities drawn from 22 streets. The result shows that on the one hand, it is glad that domestic social sports has made great progress in recent years, despite the fact that it started late in China. On the other hand, however, it can’t be neglected that there exist a lot of problems which should be taken seriously. For instance, both the quality of the social sports instructor and the effect concerned lag far behind the related developed countries, such as Japan. For another example, in connection with training, organizing and managing process, some problems are exposed—insufficient training content, unfavorable professional knowledge, together with incomplete direction, etc. The problems listed above have a negative bearing on the development of social sports in China, particularly in Haidian District of Beijing.Therefore, the paper plans to put forward a few suggestions as follows:1. Standardize selection procedure and opimize the faculty.2. Reinforce the management of the instructors, hasten the net-work process of the instructors, and improve work efficiency.3. Based on the cooperation of various school districts, optimize the training manners and content and reform the system of qualification recognition and examination.4. Increase the function of the government, enlarge fund investment, and improve relevant infrastructure of all communities5. Intensify the publicity of Standards, and accelerate the process of professionalism.6. Prompt the relevant scientific research in colleges and universities, especially the research and development of social sports industry.
