Professional Literacy of teachers is seen as "Teacher’s possession and taken to the scene of teaching the knowledge, abilities and belief in the collection". The professional Literacy of Colleges and universities martial arts teachers have a great impact in the access to knowledge, the formation of sound character, to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values of college students. Therefore, studying of Professional Literacy of martial arts teachers in colleges and universities has a positive meaning to the implementation of quality-oriented education, deepen education reform, improve the quality of martial arts education in colleges and universities. In this paper, we taking literature survey, expert interviews, statistics, theoretical analysis, research methods, studying of Professional Literacy of martial arts teachers in colleges and universities , and corresponding countermeasures from basic literacy teachers, literacy and ability to complex three aspects of literacy.The results show that: some martial arts teachers in South Jiangsu Colleges and Universities have a lack of expertise, when Uncertainty encountered in their own content, they use "can only sense, not explain in words" to perfunctory students; Their cultural knowledge acquired can meet the day-to-day teaching job, but usually can not satisfy the wishes of some curiosity, and wided covered students; They have more interested in Traditional Chinese culture, but have unsatisfactory knowledge of it; They has a strong charisma; They have high level of professional skills and drills, but there are still large room for improvement; They have a lack of skills on the computer, having a low sensitivity and attention to new information, Having a lack of reproduction on the new information;With more advanced educational philosophy, but behavior change lags behind the changes of Concept; Attitude of professional ethics and education not satisfactory; Have poor ability of instructional design, lacking of martial arts classes designed; Having low capacity of Research and innovation; Rarely participate in social activities about Martial Arts. To address the above problems,article made: Changing concepts of education, to enhance research and study of martial arts expertise; Take measures to improve college martial arts teachers Information Literacy; To enhance the modernization of the Education concept change, promote the transformation of the concept to practice; To enhance professional ethics education to Martial arts teachers in colleges and universities; Wider uptake of relevant professional knowledge, improve teaching ability; Efforts into the forefront of the professional theories, improve research capacity; Strengthening the education of martial arts teachers about social services, take it into the evaluation system for university teachers Etc.
