Abstract


Along with the urban and rural incomes rise ceaselessly, the family of the wealth of the growth rate is increasing quickly also. Faced with increasingly assemble personal wealth, how to maintain value rise in value, how to reasonably arrange in order to improve the current and future quality of life become increasingly concerned about a problem. Especially with the quickening of the process of socialization and commercialization of personal security systems such as pension、medical、education、tax and so on, people have to do their own future planning and thinking, to do financial planning. To ordinary residents speaking, because of the limitation of its own knowledge and time, it is difficult for them to independently faced with increasingly complexed and professional financial products, and to make their own Personalized and suitable financing proposal. Therefore, banks are needed to use its advantages and talents of information and network to carry out of the personal financial management business, providing customers with higher yield and safe investment channels and different investment demand of personal financial products. At present, the demand level of personal financial services market is undergoing profound changes. In domestic, the individual financing business with the core of the individual Intermediate business has gradually become among the core of personal business. The personal financial management and wealth management business for high-end clients of has become the sponge of personal bank business and a business sector which contribute the retail bank the highest profit. In recent years, the financial centers of commercial banks were founded in succession, financing channel to develop unceasingly, financial products are emerging in an endless stream.Based on deep analysis of the need of the customers for financial management, the project relying on the development platform of PLANTIX, using advanced centralized deployment architecture, establishing a uniform data warehouse, to realize the depth of the customer data mining and comprehensive planning and management for customers’ wealth. Wealth management module includes several sub-functions, such as customer assets and liabilities panoramic display, financial planning, asset management and commonly used financial tools. Among of the sub modules, the customer assets and liabilities panoramic module can display customers’all assets, and on this basis, to make financial diagnosis for client’s fund position and other indicators of financial data and to make analysis of the client’financial indicators and risk index. The financial planning module provide single financial services (such as buying a car, education and retirement), comprehensive planning and rapid planning to customers based on the financial plans issued. The asset management module includes sub-modules, such as the signing of assets, transfer contract, investment performance. Financial tools provide the financial manager practical functions such as investment, loans, foreign exchange and the calculator for time value of money.The project designs and realizes management of financial platform customers’ wealth based on the analysis of financial status and meet of customer personalized financial needs. It provides reference basis for frontline financial manager, customer manager and each level management personnel to mine the customer. The project can realize customer’s wealth management standardization, Process standardization and automation, and can make each level personnel quickly complete all customer marketing flow, improve working efficiency, and form the standard financial planning process, make the financial planning work more standard, and can be as the future financial planning operation criterion. The onlined project played a very good role in promoting ourbank’s financial planning and customer marketing work.
