Today china are the most attractive entity among developing country. TNCS not only bring advance technology, abundance capital, sales channel and management experience to china, but also make series negative affect to china, for example, it affect Chinese economic safety, it pollution Chinese nature environment, it block china national industry development, it make Chinese economy highly depend on foreign country.
