Abstract


In recent years, along with the development of market economy, college students has become the indispensable human resource to the society, but the enrollment expansion of the universities,let the college students lose jobs when the talent supply exceeds demand situation, therefore, in order to solve the problem of employment effectively in our country, our government from the perspective of its own and had made many policy in order to promoting college students’ employment.As is known to all, policy evaluation plays an important role in all the process of policy, and the main way to the benefit and value,through policy evaluation we can overcome policy execution, improve the abuses in the policy level, and according to the actual situation of a policy decision whether to continue with the meaning, if a policies in accord with the actual situation, run smoothly, and the policy effect obvious, so the policy can continue; Conversely, if a policy effect is not obvious, the decision maker can special according to actual situations or to the policy end. In the future society developing constantly to perfect our country to promote college students’ employment policy content, as in the link of employment policies formulated innovation-the university students’ network in process, strengthening the government and in executive link supervision of the relevant departments of the function, strengthen the government’s performance management, improve the feasibility of the policy; Before the process of evaluating lack will make up for in, for it is only through the evaluation process to determine the extent of the policy in DuoDa on solving the employment problem, how to solve the effectTherefore, policy evaluation in the policy of the whole operating process is particularly important. Through the policy can be evaluated clear understanding of what to promote college students’ policy was unanimous recognition of the college students, which are in developing and implementing such links as problems, so this paper to promote college students’ employment policy evaluation the point of view of the way of the questionnaire, analyzes the present existing problems and policy is how to improve the policy to better play to the effect, make the more college students to be able to obtain employment.This article mainly divided into six chapters:the first chapter is an introduction about home and abroad of the main analysis to promoting college students’ employment policy research current situation; The second chapter is the college students’ employment policy content analysis, mainly for the theory and promote the university students’ employment policy content introduction; The third chapter is about promoting college students’ employment policy effect evaluation of the questionnaire, the main way of policy analysis; The fourth chapter is about promoting college students’ employment policy problems, mainly through the questionnaire and combining with actual analysis of current policy problems; The fifth chapter is about promoting the university students’ employment policies for foreign experience. Finally, chapter six is the direction and suggestions about the improvement of college students’ employment policy.
