Abstract


Quality is the life, but also the fundamental decision corporate profits, in the course of business enterprises to improve product quality has improved the competitiveness of enterprises as an important way. Lubricating oil products market fierce competition of production enterprises must continuously improve the quality of products. Therefore, oil production enterprises must enhance the production process control and optimization, improve product quality.This paper on experimental design theory and methods for the full review. Analysis of the experimental design of the basic principles, implementation steps, listed several categories of common design methods. In the literature review on the basis of this experimental design methods to improve the process-oriented as the core optimized sequential experimental design system. The system includes a process for the purpose of optimizing the design of the implementation of various steps. In this paper, systematically expounded the various steps to implement, as well as the various steps of the interrelationship between. Determine the parameters in detail the meaning of the note.Then, in the way on the basis of this paper to the oil production process as a formula optimization study to explore the oil production process design optimization of the implementation of the necessity and feasibility and lubricant products to optimize the production process as examples to study , The certification of design and operational methods of running the actual results. Experimental design objective is obtained through prescription of the best ratio of lubricants, impact of oil product quality to find the key factors, factors that affect the quality of performance lubricants and the relationship between the ultimate realization of the optimization of product performance and continuous improvement.The Institute perfect set of relatively complete system of sequential experimental design optimization of enterprise implementation process provides a reliable theoretical basis and method system. Positive results show that the method to achieve the optimization of oil production process. This method not only applies to oil production, but also for similar production enterprises optimize the production process provided for reference solution.
